The role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our US client portfolio from Denver. This role is client-facing and media-specialist, you’ll own campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
You’ll work closely with the UK media and strategy teams, but you must be comfortable leading calls, taking briefs, and confidently representing the agency. This role suits a senior, hands-on digital account manager who enjoys balancing strategic planning with direct campaign execution.
Hands-on paid LinkedIn experience with an ability to design, run and optimize campaigns as needed is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities
Account management
- Be the primary US-based contact for assigned US clients
- Lead client calls where required, setting clear expectations, delivering professional insights and communicating information back to the UK-based team
- Build professional, trusted client relationships based on solid B2B media expertise
Media planning and activation
- Translate client briefs into thoughtful channel plans and partner specific proposals
- Plan campaigns alongside our UK teams across core digital channels, including paid social (LinkedIn) and industry-specific media. Work with our programmatic and search specialist teams to help create integrated campaigns
Campaign management and optimization
- Own relevant campaign performance with regular, proactive optimization
- Ensure performance targets are met through constant monitoring and intervention and re-alignment where required
- Work with internal channel specialists to refine delivery
Reporting and insight
- Produce polished, accurate and actionable campaign reports
- Present insights confidently to clients, highlighting impact and strategic next steps
Commercial and administrative excellence
- Manage campaign financials, booking processes, IOs and approvals with accuracy and care
- Communicate clearly with UK-based teams to manage time zone differences and ensure close collaboration
Knowledge and expertise
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of:
- B2B media (paid social, relevant specialist media, programmatic, PPC, lead gen)
- Buyer journeys, account frameworks and lead nurture fundamentals
- Funnel metrics (e.g. MQL vs SQL) and how they feed into media planning
- Understand client business context, audience dynamics and competitors
- Look to grow client business through understanding and articulating our agency’s broader and complementary offerings
Ways of working
- Operate independently where required, with excellent time management
- Adapt working hours to support UK overlap when needed
- Occasional travel to the UK, West and East Coast US may be required
