Founder & CEO
After spending more than 30 years building, acquiring and leading global, full-service B2B agencies, Stuart Giddings founded Beettoo in February 2021.
Prior to launching Beettoo, Stuart successfully built four specialist media agencies. He has lived and worked in both Europe and the US, and also has extensive experience in APAC. His client experience ranges from global brands to small start-ups, with deep understanding of the technology and financial services sectors. He has overseen countless campaigns, both B2B and B2C across more than 40 countries.
In 2010 Stuart joined Aegis Media (latterly Dentsu), where he led the development of the group’s global, full service B2B offering, originally under Carat Enterprise. He also led several global acquisitions, which he integrated to create the world’s largest and most awarded B2B agency network – gyro – for which he served as global president. Stuart was an Aegis UK executive board member, as well as a member of Dentsu’s global leadership team and Merkle’s EMEA leadership team.
Stuart is passionate about all areas of marketing. He believes in the power of an integrated approach and that advances in marketing technology, along with the power of data, work best when combined with creativity.
When not working, Stuart is a reluctant runner and car nut. He is also kept very busy by his large and expanding family
Chief Content Officer
After spending many years working in the high-performance computing sector, Riyad made the move to journalism, writing for and editing many of the UK’s IT magazines.
In 2003 he launched the online technology publication TrustedReviews, building it into a market leading brand and eventually selling the business to Time Warner in 2007.
Leaving TrustedReviews in 2009, Riyad carved out a niche as a content and publishing strategist, working as a consultant for myriad brands and businesses. During this time he worked with Dennis Publishing, tasked with developing a content marketing strategy for the publisher’s B2B and B2C technology portfolio.
In 2013 Riyad joined Dennis full time, heading up the content marketing division, and working with a diverse array of clients from Intel, HP and Microsoft, to Lombard, Barclays and Warner Brothers. Despite working across so many brands and sectors – technology, finance, automotive, entertainment, etc. – within Dennis, Riyad’s extensive B2B experience was key to Dennis’ content marketing success, with many B2B clients choosing to run always-on content partnerships spanning years.
Riyad believes that the key to customer engagement is creating a strong narrative that resonates with a target audience, while combining that narrative strategy with data-insight will deliver effective ROI.
When Riyad is not working on engaging content, you’ll often find him driving his favourite racing circuits, both physically and virtually, chasing down lap times.
