Job title: Campaign Executive
Location: London (Borough) – Hybrid working model with two-three mandatory office days per week.

About the role
We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to support our media and marketing programmes across a range of clients. This is a fantastic role for someone with at least one year’s experience in an administrative, coordinator or support role.
You’ll provide day-to-day campaign support, coordinate reporting, and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll also have the chance to work with and explore AI-powered tools – making our work faster, smarter, and even more effective.

Key responsibilities
- Support the setup, management and delivery of client marketing campaigns
- Regularly work with excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint to organise and present data for campaign reporting
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services Director and wider team
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign tasks and deadlines
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, campaign trackers and client records
- Help with quality checks and ensuring campaign deliverables meet expectations
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
Skills and experience
- One year’s experience in an administrative, coordinator or campaign support role
- Experience in a marketing, media or agency environment is highly desirable but not critical. Candidates with a corporate background seeking a career change into marketing will also be considered
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook and Word skills, and intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bonus points for Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, or similar tools
- University degree in a related field is highly desirable
